Typing Slovak on your keyboard
The Slovak QWERTZ layout carries ľ š č ť ž ý á í é on the number row and ô ä ú on their own keys, so ordinary lowercase text is easy. Capitals and the rarer ĺ ŕ ď ň go through the mäkčeň and dĺžeň dead keys with Shift. On a US, UK or Czech keyboard you will need the Alt codes, US-International sequences and Mac shortcuts listed here.
