Typing Icelandic on your keyboard
The Icelandic keyboard has þ, ð, æ and ö on their own keys, and the acute dead key next to Backspace produces á é í ó ú ý. All 32 letters of the alphabet are therefore reachable. Note that ð never starts a word, so the capital Ð only turns up in all-caps text; on a foreign keyboard use the Alt codes and Mac shortcuts here.
